Refund Policy

CREDIT NOTE/ EXCHANGE POLICY

All school uniforms must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to obtain a credit note/ exchange (not washed or worn).

Credit notes or exchanges will be offered.

All credit notes will be valid for 6 months from date of issue.

Exchanges offered within 3 months of date of purchase.

No refunds will be issued unless item is faulty.

Manufacturing faults may be assessed for repair/ replacement within 3 months from date of purchase (must provide reciept).
